HMMM CURIOUS...Focus problems can't be cleaned up... once out of focus, always out of focus.
There is a dire lack of light on your subject, making it a sinkhole in the middle of the frame... the main reason is that you included sky in the shot... try at all costs to avoid sky as it will mess you up everytime...
